Two-Stage Application Process
The PSF has a two-stage application process to determine which projects will receive funding.
Please note that the PSF receives many applications and not all applications will receive funding. Before you submit anything to us, we encourage you to email, call us or to meet with our team. The PSF team can assist you, in Myanmar or English, to design and develop your proposal. |
Stage 1
|
Provide a Concept Note & Budget
Our Concept Note and Budget templates outline the information we need to make an initial assessment. You may use these templates or create your own. The PSF Team can assist you. Following a preliminary assessment you will be advised either: a) that your project is of interest to us, and we would like a full proposal, possibly with amendments; or b) that your project will not receive funding. |
Stage 2
If Invited, Provide a Full Proposal
Our Full Proposal template (provided here) outlines the information we need from you. You may use this template or your own, so long as the information in the template is provided. The PSF team can assist you. We may ask for specific changes to your proposal at this stage. Following a final assessment, you will be advised either: a) that your project will be funded and that a Project Implementation Agreement will be signed; or b) that changes to your proposal are needed; or c) that your project will not receive funding. |
Next Steps
If Successful, Sign an Project Implementation Agreement
If your project is successful at Stage 2, you will be asked to sign a Project Implementation Agreement. The agreement will include milestones for project delivery, phased funding arrangements, and monitoring and reporting requirements tailored to your project. |
